Winter is Here!
There are so many affordable activities to do with your children in the winter time. Take in a chance to skate outside, sled down a hill, or make a HUGE snowman (soon the snow will be gone!) There are many festivals and special events going on this winter season.
From November 18 to January 7 BrightNights on the Square will be taking place in Churchill Square . Get up close and personal with an outdoor festival of magical light displays.
January 18 to 28 enjoy Ice on Whyte. Enter a winter wonderland in McIntyre Park where art springs to life in ice sculptures.

Yogurt to Go!
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 c. light fruit-flavored yogurt
1 tbsp. raisins
1 tbsp. sunflower seeds
1/3 c. strawberries
Utensils:
- measuring cup
- measuring spoon
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a plastic cup.
Serves: 1
Serving size: approximately 1 1/4 cup
