Board
To strengthen and broaden the Board through continuing recreuitment of new members. To ensure efficient and effective operation of the Board. Continue working toward sustainable funding.

Evaluation of the Program
To ensure effectiveness and outcomes are accountable to our funders. Further provide information to the Board if strategic evaluation goals need to be reviewed and improved. Evaluation demonstrates to staff the growth and success of their individual program and the combined strengths of the agency.

Administration & Employees
Continuation of employee professional development. Assess all documentation relevant to administration program, child and family supports, review to ensure program information, permission and confidentiality documents are updated.
